Information We Collect#

Roblox Account Information: When you connect your Roblox account for verification
Roblox Analytics (optional, sellers only): If you connect Roblox analytics to a listing, aggregate analytics for the experiences you select on Roblox's consent screen, and the access tokens Roblox issues for that connection (stored encrypted). See "Roblox Integration" below.
Listing Information: Details about games you list for sale, including descriptions, screenshots, and pricing, plus public data about the listed experience that we fetch from Roblox
Messages: Communications sent through our platform's messaging system
Transaction Information: Payment details, purchase history, and transaction records

Data Retention#

We retain your personal information for as long as:

Your account is active
Necessary to provide our services

After account deletion, some information may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes. This does not apply to Roblox analytics: imported analytics are kept only as described under "Roblox Integration" below.

Cookies#

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve our services. For detailed information about our use of cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.

This includes local listing drafts, device preferences and reminders, consent choices, short-lived sign-in continuations, and a local warning when escrow creation has an uncertain result. Browse history can remember public listing IDs and your place in the results. Clearing browser data can remove these recovery aids without deleting account records or cancelling a deal. The Cookie Policy explains the storage mechanisms, timing and effects of clearing them.

Third-Party Services#

Our service integrates with third-party platforms:

Roblox Integration#

We connect with Roblox for account verification, public experience data, and current-control signals used in listing review. These signals do not establish legal ownership or transfer authority. Your use of Roblox is governed by Roblox's Privacy Policy.

Public experience data. For each listed experience, we fetch public data from Roblox, such as its name, visits, current players, favorites and votes, game passes for sale and their prices, content maturity, server size, and whether private servers are offered. We keep daily snapshots of the fetched public metrics and media references, and samples from periodic player-count refreshes, for up to 400 days to show how an experience changes over time.

Roblox analytics (optional, for sellers). A seller can connect Roblox analytics to a listing through Roblox's own consent screen, which grants Romarket's Roblox app read-only access to analytics.

What we read: aggregate analytics for the experiences you select on Roblox's consent screen, such as revenue, active users, retention, engagement, how revenue splits by source, and how players split by platform, age group, country, new versus returning, and traffic source. We do not read data about individual players, and small groups are combined into "Other".
Why we use it: to show those figures on your listing under the visibility you choose (headline figures and charts for everyone, or for signed-in members only; audience breakdowns are always members-only), and to show you the sync status and diagnostics for your connection.
History: we store successful analytics imports, their query dates, aggregate metrics and reporting status, and calculated summaries for up to 400 days. Audience and source breakdowns are stored only as grouped summaries, with small groups combined into "Other"; their raw bucket counts are not archived. Failed import diagnostics are retained for up to 7 days and are excluded from buyer history. This supports historical listing views and investigating import problems. Historical views follow your current visibility and hidden-data choices. Raw import responses are not shared with buyers. The deletion rules below also apply to this history.
Your choice of data points: you choose which data points buyers see, such as revenue or retention, and everything is shown unless you hide it. A data point you hide is removed for buyers and marked "Hidden by the seller"; it is never replaced with another number. You always see your own data.
What we never do: we never sell this data, combine it across listings, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Security: the access tokens for your connection are encrypted at rest and never shared.
Deletion:
- Disconnecting Roblox analytics asks Roblox to revoke Romarket's access, and deletes the stored access tokens and all imported analytics.
- Deleting a listing deletes that listing's imported analytics right away.
- Deleting your Romarket account deletes the stored access tokens and all imported analytics.
- If access stops working for 7 days, the data is deleted. A connection that no listing uses is revoked and deleted after 30 days.
- You can also remove Romarket's access at any time in Roblox's account settings (third-party app permissions).
- Everything obtained through Roblox's APIs is deleted if Romarket loses access to them.
